First and foremost, our hearts and prayers go out to the individuals and families affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. At Oregon Linen, we are taking COVID-19 extremely seriously. We’ve continued to closely monitor this emerging contagion and follow strict guidelines set by the CDC. We are working to observe social distancing as well as continuing to provide essential products and services to our communities.

We understand that there may need to be temporary changes to our standard delivery practices on a case-by-case basis. Here are some ways we can modify delivery services in order to support your business through these challenging times:

  • We can do single pickup and delivery points.
  • We can suspend service if there is a business closure.
  • We can provide after-hours service.

We are following the science as it relates to laundry practices to ensure safety for both our employees and our customers. Normal laundry processes will effectively remove and/or degrade COVID-19.

The CDC has indicated that no extra precautions or processing steps are required specific to laundering. In other words, you can trust that your items will be safe and clean for your business and customers to use.
